The interactive TV service has been designed so that it can be used entirely via the standard Digital TV remote control. However, as a probably more preferable alternative - particularly with regard to e-mail which from our personal experience is very laborious to write otherwise - we also sell specially dedicated infa-red lap-top keypads.
